When the library does not have the material you need, we can usually find it for you at another library. You may place a request to receive an item through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) in several ways. You can complete an ILL form at the main desk of the library, or download a copy. The downloaded form can then be turned in at the main desk or faxed to the library at 419-446-2142. If you fax your request, please make sure the information on the form is complete and includes as much detail as possible.

You may also perform your own ILL search by using the statewide borrowing system, Ohio Libraries Share MORE. A link to this site can be found on the home page or you may click on this logo.

In order to request materials from MORE, you must be a registered user of the library for at least 30 days.  All requested items are delivered to our library and you are notified when your item has arrived. You then have 7 days to pick up the item; items not picked up after the allotted time will incur a fee of $1.00 per item added to your account. Most ILL items check out for 28 days; however, some items check out for only 7 days.  You will be informed of the loan period at checkout if it is less than 28 days.
